Our wine pairing is a tasting itinerary that combines the creativity of our chef with the local tradition and the culinary memory of the Volcano, combining the wines of the estate with recipes that revolve and vary in respect of seasonality, simplicity and Etnean gastronomic excellence.

This experience provides an overview in food pairing of our Cru selections, all made out of unique terroirs. Just the best parcels are selected in order to produce a true varietal expression of the Estate, portraits of iconic Contrade and result of unique and exclusive winemaking.
The Cooking Class experience includes a private lesson with our Chef, during the experience the guest will cook some recipes based on Etnean and Sicilian tradition. The guest will be an active part during preparations and cooking, all based on selected products from our organic garden and from small local artisans. The courses prepared with the assistance of our Chef will then be served during a tasting lunch in combination with our wines. In addition, the guest will receive the estate kitchen bib , a Chef’s hat and the recipes cooked together.

Spring and summer
La Corte: a courtyard of 330 mq. It is the classic “court” where you can breathe the life of the winery.
Terrazza: 140 mq., vineyard view, view of the vineyards and the Nebrodi welcomes up to 100 people seated.
Sala wine tasting: 44 mq., with two technical tasting tables for up to 24 people comfortably seated.
Palmento: 154 mq. distributed on three levels, the place of memory of Fessina, up to 50 people seated.
