The Estate has developed a project linked to an experiential path, a step dedicated to learning the territory through a set of moments aimed at conviviality and understanding what is part of Etna’s cultural heritage

The didactic vision is linked to what the place transmits and expresses, a hidden nest between two slopes that protect the terroir, an amphitheater between the Volcano and the Nebrodi whose pedoclimatic conditions are very particular, a cauldron of wild and peasant biodiversity, a return to traditional viticulture which transports our guests into a human dimension closely linked to the energy of mother nature.

The activities are varied and unfold over different steps, the tastings and visits revolve around different educational and convivial proposals ranging from tasting in combination with our labels to a private cooking class with our Chef, our itineraries aim to enhance visibility to local artisans, who through their art return to the origins of flavours.

Fessina has created a tasting itinerary based on traditional raw materials, with dishes that reflect the historicity of taste on the Volcano. A small organic vegetable garden acts as a lung for the preparations and a continuous search for peasant recipes fuels our seasonal menus.

Fessina is a reality that intends to offer an emotional experience through an approach dedicated to attention to detail and the guest, a path dedicated to conviviality told through a unique place, vibrant with energy and passion.


All our tastings are preceded by a complete tour of the estate,
of our centenary vineyards and the historic seventeenth century barrel cellar.
Each tour will have a dedicated WSET sommelier exclusively for the entire duration of the experience.
